Lecture Series

The MGSA lecture series provides an opportunity for mathematics graduate students to present their own research or a topic of interest to their fellow graduate students in a welcoming environment. Members of the organization and will be able to attend and hear about the current research of the presenter or some mathematical topic the presenter finds interesting. We welcome all who are interested to attend and to ask questions and discuss the material.

Pizza and drinks will be provided for those attending the talk! Pictures from the talks can be found on our Instagram page or Google+ page.

For the Fall 2018 semester, we will meet every other Tuesday at 5:15PM in CH 240, unless otherwise noted. If you are interested in giving a talk, please contact Austin Antoniou at antoniou (dot) (1st perfect number) (at) osu (dot) edu. Advice (from Jordan Ellenberg) on giving a good talk can be found here.
